He is a Microsoft Innovative Educator and effectively integrates technology into teaching practices. Additionally, his role as a Resource Person for NIPCCD and Chief Education Advisor for I-Infinity Inc. (I3) showcases his dedication to advancing educational methodologies.

He was associated with the Reliance Education foundation, Adani (SEZ), Tata , Calorx Research Education Foundation, and Dalmia Bharat. He also served as Academic Head for Vidya Bhavan Group of Schools in Indore. Mr. Kar brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table.
